This article presents the design, analysis and simulation of photovoltaic based DC micro grid system with low cost DC household which is not connected to utility Grid. Abundant Renewable energy like solar photovoltaic has potential to provide solution for the rural electrification through DC micro grid. Also power conversions required in DC grids are less when compared with AC grids. Despite of AC utility grid most of the loads requires power converters to obtain regulated DC. One important reason for this circumstance is power generating plants distant from rural areas. Surveys and statistics showing majority of rural areas and remote places in third world countries are far from accessing electricity and facing power shortage. Using parasitic elements in PIFA 83 percent improvement is observed in PIFA which is operating from 3 GHz to 10.7GHz.Using Hexagonal patch with slots at single resonance frequency bandwidth increased from 53MHz to 370MHz with single slot and 416 MHz with two concentric slots. These designed structures are simulated using HFSS and the results are analyzed. For PIFA antennas parasitic elements are introduced and for circular and hexagonal patch structures concentric slots are etched on patch to improve the bandwidth. This paper introduces multiple techniques to enhance the bandwidth of existing structures. Optimizing the performance is required in terms of miniaturization, patient safety, communication ability, biocompatibility, power consumption and lifespan of devices. These health care monitoring systems exist in 3 different forms.Sensors and medical devices which are implantable, ingestible and wearable. Good progress is being made in the field of remote health care monitoring systems but still there is a need of optimizing the performance of these systems.
